Volunteer

Volunteers are instrumental to providing our service to those starting over.  Many of the items we receive come in and go out of our facility in about a week.  We need volunteers on every step of the process.  Here are some of the volunteer roles:

  • Receiving and inspection

  • Cleaning

  • Folding

  • Assembly and inspection

  • Ambassador and escort

  • Loading

Kitchen Essentials

A great way to help with a group or at your convenience is to host a "Kitchen Essentials" party.  Every family that H.O.M.E. assists is starting over and in need of the fundamentals for their kitchen.  Some of the items needed include:

  • Dish towels

  • Pot Holders

  • Measuring cups

  • spatulas

  • Butcher/ Carving knife

  • Sponges

  • Can opener

  • Tongs

  • Pizza Wheel

  • Colander
